A 50% payment is required when making your reservation to secure your space. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your first night stay, and will be charged to your credit card. A confirmation is emailed after each transaction.
The optional Cancellation Guarantee fee of 7.5% is automatically added to your reservation unless you opt out at check-out. With the Cancellation Guarantee in place, cancellations made prior to 48 hours in advance of check-in time receive a refund less 7.5% of the reservation total. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours in advance of check-in time receive a credit for a calendar year. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time are not subject to a refund or a credit. Guests opting out of the Cancellation Guarantee are subject to our Standard Cancellation Policy.
Once payment has been submitted reservations will not be refunded for any reason.
All guests are required to read and sign our digital rental agreement. The agreement includes information regarding our damage policy. A link for this agreement will be available in the confirmation we send to you.
We do not allow pets in any of our cabins or glamping tents. There is a pet boarding facility about a mile from the cabins. Eight Mile Ranch pet boarding can be reached at 719-275-2035.
We do not allow smoking in any of our rentals. This includes tobacco, vapor, or any other form of smoking. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the cabins to prevent smoke from entering cabins through doors / windows. Violation of this policy will incur a $250 fee.
Be aware that during fire bans the only location where smoking is allowed is inside your vehicle.
